Look, I’ve been in your position, your cat does the cutest pose, lying stretched out on the sofa in the sunshine, and gives you that “look”. You gently, slowly, carefully reach for your phone in your pocket, and BAM they jump up and run over to you for cuddles, or thinking they’re going to get a treat.

So many missed moments, blurry phone photos, and not getting quite what you wanted.

This is why I love being a pet photographer. And why I love bringing my mini-studio into your home. Because with this set-up, I can offer you professionally framed, high-quality prints of your pet, ready to put on the wall. No more frustration, no more blurry mishaps. Just your cat, and their fantastic personality.

I love working with all animals, but the bonus for me as a stranger to your cat, is that they would much rather be with you. Their bestie, the “food giver” the one they trust. So that makes my job easier. You chill out with your cat, and I’ll do the tricky part.

Welfare always comes first:

My photoshoots always put welfare first. We are going to take our time. We will sit, chat, have coffee whilst your cat gets used to the equipment that has popped up in their home. If they are playful, then we play, if they are cuddly, then we cuddle, want treats? Of course! The whole session is centred around your cat and what they love best.

How long does it take:

A mini studio session in your home typically takes an hour, but with shy cats it can take longer. We will set aside 3 hours total for the session, so no one feels rushed, and we can take our time. We take breaks, try different set ups and figure out what works best in your home and for your cat.

Stress-Free is Key:

When you look at your artwork on your wall, sun shining through the window as you take a sip of your morning coffee and admire the stunning portrait we created, I only want you to remember how easy the session was, how much your cat enjoyed all those extra treats and cuddles. Not memories of the epic battle we had in getting your cat in front of the camera.

So what now?

My goal is to create portraits that last more than a lifetime, that capture the essence of the life and love you share with your cat. Let’s take the time to make that happen. Get in touch via my contact form. I am available to travel and would love to hear from you!
